Abstract

Describe the basic pathophysiology, diagnosis, treatment, and anesthetic implications of 24 neuromuscular disorders. Increase the anesthesia provider’s awareness and knowledge of neuromuscular diseases. Present the most recent data related to neuromuscular diseases thereby allowing the opportunity for anesthesia providers to treat patients with current, evidence based research findings.
